I connected a hearing aid audio streamer with an optical cable and need to select both the tv speaker and the optical output at the same time. Hisense has done a wonderful job with the U8K. The picture brightness and quality looks great. SDR/HDR content upscales so beautiful. I'm blown away watching movies and sports content like NFL, Premier League, and UFC.

Apparently buyers understand that the ADS/IPS panels are inferior in black reproduction and contrast ratios, and that’s why the 75” models are still in inventory, but the VA models are sold out. J.

That's ridiculously stupid. They don't. They have SEVERAL differences. And it has been shown multiple times that the Hisense has way more screen customization options. And a 10 bit panel means nothing because 10 bit content does not exist.
