I am 36 weeks & 4 days with 5cm dilated and 60-70% effacement and steadily losing my mucus plug for a week. A week and 2 days ago I was 4cm dilated. My contractions for the most part blend in with my baby activity so I did not notice them much. Via machine monitor contractions are 6-8 mins apart.
