In the past 2 days, I have had difficulties downloading transactions from the mobile app to Quicken for Windows. While this problem is now resolved, Quicken online and Quicken mobile show no categories. This prevents me from using either the quicken on the web or the mobile app. Is there something I can do to resolve this issue?
